Serious question though: if your Kyle's agent, you going to let him play next year for half a million when somebody like Goff is getting $30M+.

Just as I'm sure Cam's agent isn't going to want him to go into the last year of his contract without any further long-term commitment.

The team is definitely going to have a lot of issues to address in the offseason no matter who is GM, and that doesn't even consider the 20+ FAs we got.

We havent seen Kyle Allen play after opposing defense have had a year to watch tape on him yet. how he reacts to that will be the real tell about how Allen will turn out as our QB. people forget that part, but QB's learning to adjust after there is Tape on them is a pretty big deal.

Cam is in a position of Weakness, no one is going to give him a new contract whe he hasnt completed a full season since 2017, he will play because he has to next year.

Poor results for us aside, this is one of those games that years down the road you brag about how you saw it happen live.

I guess we have different standards Scot. Yes it was a back and forth game with action but it was extremely sloppy by both teams. I tend to forget those games pretty quickly. Games I’ll never forget are where both defenses are playing lights out, like our matchup vs the 49ers in 2013.

With all this Wilson praise...I gotta say that I HATE most Seahawk fans.  They have literally been shooting fireworks off since they won...its like some sort of tradition around here.  Difference with today is it literally sounds like they won a fuging Super Bowl.  Like Chill out....it's the regular season.

You sound jealous, easily the game of the year so far... I'd be hyped like a mother fuger if Panthers did that

Can we stop blaming this on the coach? Yes they should’ve run it, but the coach didn’t throw the game losing red zone INT. Wilson did. It was a poorly thrown and telegraphed ball. He lost it for them ultimately.

I get that, but they were a yard away and had Marshawn Lynch leaving tread marks all over the defense every time he got a chance. As I recall, it was only second down as well.

Yeah, Wilson threw the pick but even his teammates were publicly questioning that playcall.

GMs don't do poo within the season in Carolina. See this season as an example. Fact is Hurney and Rivera can't put a winner team together. If you doubt me see the last two seasons...

That’s not really relevant. Hurney was technically our GM for that year, which was a winning season. He had final control of the roster over a month before the season started, and did make some moves. I don’t disagree with you at all about Ron and Hurney, I want them gone and was absolutely livid when DG was fired and Hurney was brought back. But they technically do have 1 winning season together, not none.

Aints have a pretty tough road ahead. If we can take care of business at home I think we could win the division even with splitting vs the Aints. A sweep and I’m pretty damn sure we’ll win the division.

I like your positivity, but I honestly think we will be doing good if we can just get to 9-7,  Honestly watching us right now, we just do not look like a playoff team.

I haven't seen a whole lot of crisp football since the last CBA was signed with the new practice rules.

I love games that go back and forth though (except when we're in them).

As much as I love the PNW, I haven't been able to stand the Seahawks since 2005.  Living around their fans can be irritating as hell at times but I get along with most of them, hell, they are far more tolerable than most Panther fans I used to know in the South.  I just hate fireworks my guy....hate them with a passion.

Ehhhhhh, I donno man.  I think Wilson and Lamar are pretty even at this point.  It may come down to who has more wins at the end of the season.  Watson is a close second to those two.  Wilson is without a doubt the only reason they won 7 games going into this one.  Basically every Seahawk fan I speak to on a daily basis feels the same way.  There defense has been suspect all year and his offensive line had defenders in the backfield nearly every snap.  Give the guy his credit, hes earned it.

Bull crap, Wilson has been great yes but Carson has been running over teams and Wilson has some damn good weapons in Lockett and Metcalf. Not to mention an elite HC in Carroll, and a solid playmaking defense as always.

Watson and Nuk are the only players in Houston worth a damn, and Watson has been carrying the team. O’Brien is a hack and their OL is the worst in the league, no run game, while their D is unbelievably bad at every level.

Lamar looks like 2015 Cam again, truly unstoppable running or passing.

I like Kyle, but he has no real leverage whatsoever.

If he plays really well through the end of the season, then maybe were talking about 5 million a year. Anything above that and I'd probably question the GM that made the offer.

I’ll agree with you there, and also add in all these horrible rule changes in the past decade or so.

I don't disagree with you, I could just see both being issues.

Garrapolo got a massive extension after a handful of games, and Cam potentially not getting an extension here is probably going to be the biggest reason he would potentially have to demand a trade.

I would support your position above (which I think will be the team's stance), but I think both could be problematic.

Anyway, appreciate your input and have a good night. That was definitely a game worth staying up for.
