Kyle Allen is more Joe Flacco (Ravens era) than Tom Brady or Kirk Cousins

During his prime and playoff runs, Flacco had a nice long ball

The Ravens were gashing people down the field with big time plays

Joe Flacco is 6"6, had a very strong arm during his prime, 1st round draft pick

Kyle Allen is tiny, has baby sized hands, and doesn't have the arm strength to throw it deep

Kyle Allen's best comparison and upside is Case Keenum, another guy that undrafted from Houston, but could be a game manager in the right system

As someone who's been a proponent of Kyle Allen, I wholeheartedly agree with this.  You can build a team and system around him and he can be very successful, but it takes a good system and everyone doing their part.  I do believe his ceiling is a bit higher than Case Keenum, but that's not a bad comparison.

Matt Ryan won MVP and was a second away from a Superbowl.  We should dream he could one day be even close to Matt Ryan, or even Kirk Cousins

Frankly, I'm hoping he can live up to his Case Keenum comparison

That’s why I said a poor man’s version.

Atlanta has been loaded on offense the past few years.

Look at Cam’s MVP year vs Ryan’s and compare their offensive talent.

If the Panthers some how managed to grab the best WR in football and one of the better number 2s in the league to pair with CMC and significantly upgrade the offensive line, Kyle Allen could probably be pretty successful.

Probably has a small crank, too
