Martin made plays. He looked like he belonged on the field. He showed range in doing everything the position asked of him. He came up and made some hits and made some picks.....Godfrey shows huge weaknesses every time a play comes his way almost. Martin should 100% the S.

...Fox will give Godfrey the job back. That is the type team Fox runs.

I said the same thing to my friend. I think that he also showed that he could tackle today, unlike Godfrey.

Martin is now finally working out, albeit not at the position we drafted him for but hey that's all that matters in the end. I think his instincts are what really makes him special, but he also has impressive speed and his tackling skills are there. I don't see any way Fox can afford to take him out after having a great game against one of the better QB's and best receiving corps in the league.

Martin also had some nice run stops tonight laying some wood when he needed too. Very impressive play without a doubt.

Martin started at FS the majority of his college career. Godfrey started the majority of his games at CB. Not really sure why they drafted them to flip positions away from the ones they are best suited to.

martin looked like he belonged back there from the beginning.....o yeah he is a safety. he had great position and made plays when he was suppose too.godfrey's main problem is he is never in position to make a play, while martin was and took advantage. good game hope you keep that spot.

It's great to have an athlete out there in the secondary who can actually catch those overthrown balls, and tipped passes.
