Don't give a poo what they have to say. This franchise has given guys like Thomas Davis and Greg Olsen the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions to come back from season ending injuries. The two of them don't even compare to the value Cam brings and has brought to this franchise.

If David Tepper is willing to give Ron and Hurney's dumb asses another chance but says c'ya to Cam to save 19 fuging million in cap space I will have lost what little hope I have left. Just burn it to the ground and start stock piling draft picks for the rebuild.

that is just click bait that a product of the 24/7 media

Does Kyle Allen scare defenses more than a one legged and nerfed arm Cam Newton? Well, yeah, because the offense at large can function better.

That isn't the same thing as Kyle scares people more than a normal Cam

Can you please articulate why Allen isn’t the future?

I should rephrase and say he isn’t a franchise quarterback rather than the future. A franchise quarterback is a guy who the team builds a team around.

Allen could work on his shortcomings and become a future franchise QB but right now I’m not seeing enough from him, needs a more accurate deep ball, needs to get rid of it quicker. Despite posters on this forum the oline is doing well and giving him a lot of time. Rely a little less on the defense. And obvious things like the fumbling issue.

If Allen is the future I see a lot of traditional things needed like a run game, solid defense and time managing offense. Personally, I’d rather go with a more modern approach that seems to win games nowadays.

I was concerned he will not get his chance when they drafted Grier, after being impressed with him going 4-4 in his first game and then destroying the Saints.  Now he will play out the season so that’s fine, let’s see how he does.

This is the best and greatest argument on both sides. I, just like all Huddlers, are bot sure what to do. But lets please all agree that we can love both!!! I love Cam, and I love Kyle! If Cam comes back, great! Kyle is a hell of a backup (if he isn't traded). I just don't know guys....I love them both. Bottom line...it is a great problem to have.
