Alan vs Newton. Be honest. Who is better?

Turing killed himself.  So for that reason I would say Newton.  Both did so really good stuff but if the movie was true, it's a movie who knows, everyone hated Turing.

Yeah that is true. His life was actually very sad outside of his remarkable achievements

Newton was recognised in his lifetime as a national hero but of course he had his rivalries too and people who tried to discredit him. Comes with the territory.

Turing was chemically castrated and labeled a criminal for being a homosexual and outcast from society after his huge efforts to help win the war. Largely why he’s overlooked in history
