If Cam Newton is not on the roster in 2020, would you still be a Panthers fan?

Correlation is not causation. Cam being out and stadium attendance being down doesn’t automatically mean the 2 are connected or the one is the sole reason for the other. I think losing our first 2 home games, one to the lowly Bucs, could just as easily be a significant factor.

If that's true then the crowds should have rebounded as the team has started to win again, right? Haven't seen that yet.

99.9% will remain fans regardless.

The factor that could make the overwhelming majority of fans consider not watching anymore would be losing. Winning no matter how you do it will bring more fans in. It's always been that way. Did you see our bandwagon swell in 2015?

At some point the mods are going to have to start cleaning this nonsense up. Newton is on IR, he isn't playing this year. As long as people are showing up here to talk and root for the team clearly they aren't "Cam only fans".
