Baker Mayfield or Kyle Allen

I strongly feel playing in Cleveland with the hype made any potential drama of Baker and his diva side show up.

I think if he was hypothetically somewhere like Charlotte.  Where the media tends to ignore us unless its to focus on Cam's attire..he would be more subdued.

Baker and it’s not close, the league has majority a season worth of tape on baker they only have 6 games worth of tape on Allen

Yes Mayfield has the better WRs etc.  But if you watch their games.  Its a lot of slower developing and throwing the ball deep.

They have a bad OL just like our if not worse.  If Allen was put into Bakers spot right now in that offense even with those WRs he'd look terrible too.  We've all seen and can admit Allen is a Terrible deep passer and the Numbers are there that he is the worst in the league at passes over 20 yards.  So if you throw him in Cleveland where its a bunch of those long throws behind a terrible OL, he'd probably be like the last 20 Cleveland QBs.  While who knows what Baker would be here under Norv.

 

I like Allen and what he's doing here, but lets not get crazy here.

some QBs also make their OLs look worse.  Not saying Clev is good on the OL...but Baker is going to make them look as bad as they can be viewed w/ his style. 

They like us....are good enough up front to produce one of the top 3 rushers in the NFL.

I'd rather not have Freddie Kitchens as a head coach. I think Baker would thrive in Norv's offense, the same as many other QB's would.

They're OL is flat Bad, they initially had Greg Robinson as the starting LT.

 

Also much has to do with the scheme which I pointed with Norv.  Many of Cleveland's plays had the WR's going 25+ yards (which we Know Allen to begin with is terrible at).  The longer developing plays doesnt do the OL any help compared to Norv running the short passes.

Mayfield's is a diva who isnt half as good ad he thinks. Maybe he should concentrate on the game vs 3 facial hair styles on game day.

Jamarcus Russell was more talented than Kyle Allen.  Johnny Manziel was more talented than Allen.   More talented QB doesn't translate to giving a team the highest odds to notch wins. 

Baker Mayfield isn't going to play the Kyle Allen game even if told too.  He isn't wired like that.

Allen.  Baker might have the draft spot and put up great college numbers, but it isn't translating to the pros.
