Nothing, we are still struggling on defense. Unless our offense gets ahead we are toast in games.

Unless Kyle transcends his currently playing ability I don’t see this team winning the next stretch of games with the defense coming back to earth after their otherworldly play the past few weeks.

I see 9-7 at the absolute best for this team if the defense doesn’t tighten up.

Allen bounced back after a terrible start to have a good game, maybe his best given the D he was facing and some of the throws he made. We will need more of the same (and probably then some ... ) to compete with the class of the nfc, but I am happy with the team bouncing back from a demoralizing defeat.

It means if we were in the AFC, we'd be playing for homefield instead of scraping to make the playoffs

He played as well as almost any starter today

Wo were saying Allen played well? I must have been watching a different game. Because not counting the one real int and the 2 that adoree jackson dropped, If Cmc and the defense wasn't going boars head I feel like we would have lost this one. Guy is a good backup. Let's not make this more than it is please.

The defense was fine today. I'm watching this green bay game right now and their defense doesn't seem like anything special either. We got up big and coasted like Ron always does

Next week will be extremely tough. I just don't want to get blown out again

Allen had a terrible start... but after starting 4 and 12 he totally turned it around.  They were a couple drops away from salting the game.  He improved a ton as the game went on and had some clutch throws.

We’re going to need to play a lot better to play with the big boys in the NFC (saints x2, packers, Seahawks).
