Donte Moncrief would be another Torrey Smith. Not really gaining much.

I remember I wanted this guy on our roster, but he went to the Colts. He has the talent but I'm not sure what his deal is. He played with Luck and he wasn't a bad QB, Dude maybe can't get his act together or maybe the system isn't his fit? I don't know, what it is but claiming him wouldn't be a bad idea since we really need a WR his size and he has speed to boost.
