Don't underestimate the effect of this being a division game for the Cardinals and Niners. You know those players and schemes better. It's why a 1 or 2 win team almost always get that win in the division.

Saleh and Shanahan have only been on the team for two years. Jimmy G injured most of last. So the whole divisions familiarity thing isn't gonna fly this time.

As fans we've had enough of the excuses. There is a reason why this fanbase is so erratic. We win everyone is happy, we lose everyone is pissed.

Why? It's simple even though most fans haven't realised it yet. I almost never walk away from a Panthers lost and think to myself "it sucks that we lost but that was a great game". Been saying it for years, the Panthers look like ass in over 70% of their losses. They are horrible to watch when losing unlike most the other teams in the NFL.

I called it years ago that Benji, Funchess and G-man were trash and got ripped by the Panthers fanbase on reddit. Keep the excuses coming.
