Another year....

Of waiting.

maybe the future will bring more analytic driven decisions

around coach hiring

around drafting

around free agent signings

we can only hope

25+ years of mediocrity and still no SB

I fear being one of those fans that waits their whole lives and never gets to see one

it took this long for new ownership and hopefully he understands winning makes more of a profit than just looking to run a “business”

To be fair there are other teams in the NFL that have been around more than twice as long as the Panthers and havent won a SB either.

Man we've had more success in the Cam era alone then some franchises have had in 20 seasons. Would hate to see how some would react if that was the case.

Spoiler alert: the team isn't gonna win a SB any time soon. 2015 was the shot and we fuged up because Mike Shula can't change a gameplan in game. You are gonna see a decline in the current core as they get older and then we'll suck ass. Hopefully we'll have a competent GM and hopefully we'll have a coach then who isn't preoccupied in 1985 and then we can win a SB.

I guess it depends on your perspective.

If you think the Panthers have it bad take one look at how many quarterbacks the Browns have gone through in just the last decade alone. They thought they finally hit the jackpot with Mayfield and OBJ, but surprise surprise.

Dont see any chance we make the playoffs unless Cam comes back soon and our o-line can finally get some time to gel.

A lot of guys will be FA’s next year, depending on how the season plays out we could see major changes with the coaching staff and management. Am hoping for the best but preparing for the worst

Browns haven’t done anything news worthy since the 80’s when they made a couple AFCC games. Haven’t been to a SB since the 60’s.

Under Rivera we are actually in the top half of the league in wins.. so it's not comparing to the worst 2 or 3 teams in the league.

This is where we actually stood after last season since 2010

14. Carolina: 73-70-1 Regular-season record (.510)

Decade Summary: The Panthers at midseason last year appeared to be well on their way to their fifth playoff trip of the decade, all coming from 2013 on. Then they hit the wall, Cam Newton’s shoulder became a weekly concern, and Carolina slid all the way to 7-9 and out of the running. That slump should give the Panthers a sense of urgency as this season looms. Ron Rivera is back to coach his ninth season in Charlotte, but the heat is on.

This is of course including the 1-15 season under John Fox.
