I will say this. 49ers better hope they don’t get us in the playoffs.

Yes they completely owned us yesterday, yes it was demoralizing but I am a HUGE believer in the notion that it’s very hard to beat a team twice in a row. So go on San Fran, enjoy the blowout, you deserve it, but if we meet again in the playoffs, the burden is on you to beat us twice in a row when we won’t be coming off a bye and recovering from London jet lag oh and with a healthy Cam.

More blind homeristic

If healthy cam didn’t lay an egg in Atlanta the week before we wouldn’t have had to play the saints at home and clinched the bye

Y’all wouldn’t have had a bye, y’all beat the Vikings head-to-head in the regular season but they were still 13-3, y’all would’ve been 12-4 with a win against Atlanta in Week 17. Y’all would’ve been the 3rd or 4th seed regardless.

Remember a couple years ago when we got beat by the saints 3 times in one season with a healthy cam?

Lonely trolling on a Monday evening. Nice life.

This honestly feels like a .500 team. 7-9 again wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.

I was going to say the exact same thing. This just isn't a team that has the mental toughness or is equipped to bounce back from these types of losses. We have already seen this, this offensive line shifts around way too much and it continues to be the achilles of this team. Not to mention we cannot seem to find ONE playmaker at the WR position since S.S. left. Sure, part of that is our WR's can't build confidence when they are only targeted 4 to 6 times a game. I do think we have some skill there, but if you cannot get the ball to them during those moments when it counts the most, then they will never develop on THIS team.

Revenge will taste sweet when we destroy the 9ers in the NFC championship game. Let’s go!

I like your positivity kid, i wish I still had it in me. Unfortunately, I see the sum off all parts here so I'm going to hold out my "keep pounding" and "lets go" until I see some passion and real execution from this team. Sundays loss was demoralizing for every kind of Panthers fan, it's the type of loss us as fans deserve to be "fair weathered" about. The main reason is that it has become a trend for this team, and they only "keep pounding" until their arms get tired.

Trust me, we are the least of the 49ers worries. Not even sure we make the playoffs looking like that. We got the saints twice, we got the packers, seahawks. There are at least 2 losses in there, possibly all 4. We got the falcons twice. I don't care how bad they are, they own us. That's one more loss.  At best we are 10-6 and that may not even get you a wildcard this year.

    • Well unfortunately nothing to us. But he has been giving to the rest of the league. He's been so bad he was getting opposing defenders all kinds of accolades and salary increases. Now though he's taking back. You can't lose to a Bryce Young led offense and not expect swift ramifications ya know?
    • Full disclosure I responded to this before fully reading the whole post. As if I had, I’d have laughed at you saying you haven’t seen a full route tree from him, as that’s EXACTLY what he has in his bag.  That right there just shows you haven’t watched him at all outside of the downfield highlight reel plays.  He already runs a full NFL level route tree, at all 3 levels.  As I’ve said numerous times before, XL is the big bodied possession guy, while T-Mac would be the true outside #1 who can do it all and a perfect compliment to XL.   Want to draft someone else all you want, that’s totally fair.  But don’t try and say he’s just a big bodied WR who lacks quickness and can’t run a full route tree, as it’s just the furthest thing from the truth.     And it’s okay, after you watch some more clips, you can admit that you were wrong and I’m not showing my own bias towards him.  It’s not like I’m advocating for someone who should be a late 1st rounder or even a mid 1st round pick, this is someone who’s been mocked as high as #2 by a lot of experts lately. The kid is a stud and he has every tool in his bag that you’d want an outside #1 to have.
    • My perfect offseason at QB would be trade Bryce, sign Lock (experience with Canales) and draft Ewers in the second or late in the first
