I can’t say for sure but I’d guess absolutely not. If he’s healthy enough to dress, he should be healthy enough to start.

Can you imagine the media field day if Cam dressed a week before he was planned to actually return?  We'd have to hear 24/7 conspiracies that Cam was benched.

Not available.  Won’t dress.  

When he is available, he will be the starter.  Which may or may not come.  I really believe he is shut down for the season...Panthers just haven’t said it because it is easier to play the current game with him they are. 

But from the jump...only if 100% narrative has made no sense.  Brees isn’t 100%.  The bar is never that for a player like Cam.
