I’m actually one of his biggest supporters. He’s done some really, really good things in his career as a head coach. But games like this just happen way too often. Where we come out looking so unbelievably unprepared. It honestly looks like some random kid playing Madden is out here calling the plays on both O and D and expecting it to work in the real NFL. When you’re this overmatched in a game that really shouldn’t be anything but a close defensive struggle and this happens almost every year, you just have to move on. What the hell is going through Tepper’s mind right now? Because we really do need to overhaul the coaching staff, and possibly front office as well (Hurney and scouts included).

You can all be assured that our owner is not going to tolerate s#$tshows like this first half

Really? Because he sure as hell tolerated getting rammed by his former team and then witnessing an epic meltdown to our 2nd half of the season.............AND STILL retained the same exact coaching staff.

I can't disagree. I like a lot of things about Ron, but how bad we look after bye weeks and how often we fail to make in-game adjustments are big indictments against him

Yeah the lack of in game adjustments is just killer and we’ve pretty much never had good in game adjustments. Even in games we’ve come back after being down (Eagles last year, Seahawks 2015) it’s more been Cam putting the team on his shoulders than any adjustment from Ron.

Pretty sure most knowledgable fans knew after the 2012 game against the Bears that Ron wasn't smart enough to out-coach any his opponents, let alone an offensive guru like Shanahan.

But we were a feel-good story in 2013 and he rode the coattails of one of the greatest QB seasons ever in 2015, which bought him an additional 5 years of missed opportunities.
