Shut it off. Moving on to the Titans - does Cam start now?

Looked worse against the Eagles last year...

Did it?  I'm not like the OP thinking the game is over, but the Eagles game seemed like more of a case of offensive incompetence than us genuinely getting steamrolled.  This game is off to a far worse start, as far as it looks more like we're just getting manhandled.

Regardless 49ers are 6-0 and we are on the road with a back-up QB.  Even if we lose, we'll be 4-3.  No shame in that.

If he's ready.

This isn't an Kyle issue & Cam wouldn't be able to do much more (well... He'd be able to take off out of the pocket. It would help but the score would likely be 10-21 at best.) When neither the offense or defense is prepared, that's on coaching.

We were only down 17-0 after 3 quarters. This is far worse, down 18 halfway through the second and cant stop them.  This does look like another game against the eagles though.

17-0 after 3 is almost always a guaranteed win. Let’s see how the rest of the 2nd and 3rd go, we could be down 3 by the end of the 3rd, who knows.

I think it really just depends on Cam's health and the health of the OL. At 4-3, you really need to be careful about jeopardizing the future. Sure we are still in the wild card hunt but it doesn't make sense to send a less than 100% Cam out in front of a firing squad.

If he takes more than 2 games to get back to 100%, make a determination then whether it is worth while. Keep in mind that Ron will probably be playing for his job, so that will have an impact.
