Official Panthers at 49ers Gameday Thread

Another 49er fan here. Same as the last Niner fan, I thought today was the real test. Having to face a good team with a great defense. Tough loss, but I haven’t written the Panthers off as a crap team. I still think they are legit. It was just a really bad day against a really good team. Keep your head up, it doesn’t matter if the other team score is 100 points, it still only counts as one loss. 

A few years ago I went to the 49ers Panthers playoff game. The fans there were cool as hell, despite the fact that I was wearing the other team’s jersey.

The Seahawks can go eat a d*ck, but I got no hate for the Panthers.

Guy.  You signed up on another teams message board to gloat after their team got beyond destroyed.  Not many people do things like that and really the only ones that do are extreme asshats, trolls or people seeking attention.  So which one are you?  I think everyone will go to other message boards for a laugh from time to time but its completely different to sign up and post AFTER you won the game.  I am not butthurt at all, in fact I never talk about winning games or beating teams because the NFL is a fickle beast and you never have a clue what is going to happen.  I have learned my lesson over the years when it comes to running my mouth, so when we lose, it sucks but you take your licks and move on.  Now please just go TF away.

Also, when did you stop being a Seahawks fan?  Was it this year because your original team has actually started playing well again?  I live in Tacoma Washington and I know many Seahawk fans who can't decide if they are Seahawks fans or the team that has sucked for the last decade.  I know you will probably never own up to any of that but I see you.

Gotta love these guys signing up after we lose to gloat and call everyone on the board sore losers.  God, you guys are obnoxious as hell.  Did you have a meeting on your board about all signing up at the same time to make sure you got a jab in?  I've never really had a problem with the niners but now....I gotta check you right into the box with the Seahawks.

Oh we most certainly did waste a 3rd last draft, only reason I was ever cool with it was because I was just happy it wasn't in the second.

The only reason I believe we looked into Sanders was it was a Broncos reporter/host that leaked the teams and he "had a gut feeling" the morning of the trade that the 49ers would be the most aggressive team to get it done.(Acquiring Sanders)

We need offensive help like always but we sit with our hands in our pockets like always and think hey we can get away with being average    . New gm and new coach next year i hope they aggressive lose win or draw . I can’t remember the last time we had a top ten offense .

The 49ers are 6-0 for a reason.  They have built a very solid unit.  I didn't expect us to win and thought it could be an ugly loss, but not that ugly.  Best of luck to your team and fans.

First off I signed up before the game, that's when read all the ridiculous post about how the "49ers are pretenders", "who have they played", never seen a D like ours", "we want all the smoke". Now you're all butthurt because the "pretenders" curbstomped your panthers into kittens.

I've been a 49er fan and only a 49er fan since the 70s when Plunkett was the QB. I live here surrounded by 1-2s, I've heard some really stupid poo from them, all these years living here I thought they were the worst fans in the NFL. Well I was wrong, you guys won that trophy.

I will give props to some of your fans on here, some of them actually realized this game would be tough. Some of them actually understand football. Some of you understand if you're gonna talk smack be ready to be called on it.
