Did Cam’s dabs and grandiose celebrations lead to his downfall injury wise?

I mean. Ok.  Go that route.

In tort law, a principle that allows plaintiffs to meet their burden of proof with what is, in effect, circumstantial evidence. The plaintiff can create a rebuttable presumption of negligence by the defendant by proving that the harm would not ordinarily have occurred without negligence, that the object that caused the harm was under the defendant’s control, and that there are no other plausible explanations

You are saying that what caused Cam Newton harm (so injury in this instance?) was under his complete control, and there are no other plausible explanations?

Fair points sir, and pie to you.

Another thing that I think is an underrated factor in Cam's downfall is his decision to put "fashion" (or whatever you call the things he wears) ahead of football. For a long time, I thought his get-ups were silly but harmless...now I'm starting to rethink, for two reasons:

1.) The preening. Everybody can do what they want with their own life, but when your primary interest outside of football - and ahead of football - is playing dress-up games where the dress-up doll is yourself, it bespeaks a certain narcissism, which I think is what has always alienated his teammates everywhere he's gone. It's sort of sad, because he seems like a nice guy in many ways, but there's too much self-involvement for the team to come together around him. You really think teammates are going to block as hard for him as they do for a natural leader like Deshaun Watson? It's very much the same thing that happened around Russell Wilson for years.

2.) The veganism. No one thinks Cam is doing this for animal rights reasons, or for health reasons - it's not even that healthy. It's much more likely, I think, that the veganism angle is an excuse to lose muscle mass, but in a way that he can pass off to staff and fans as acceptable. Quite simply, one of the main issues with Cam's fashion career has always been that he doesn't have the build of the average fashion plate or male model - he's far too muscular. He's pretty clearly trying to slim down to have a more fashion-friendly body, and the veganism is the pretext. The only problem is, from a football perspective, he needed that muscle. It's killing him, and he needs to ask whether he wants to be a catwalk model or a football player. But honestly, I think he's already answered this with his eating choices.

This is insane. I mean I can't even comprehend the level of hate you must have to come up with this level conspiracy theory.

The Panthers losing on the road is amusing?

I guess it would be to someone who only follows the team to disparage one particular player.

Total BS.  I have been predicting a Panthers win....that said, my 30-10 prediction has already been blown out of the water.

I still predict a Panthers win!

Stop trying to conflate the issue, pal...

49'ers receiver just mimicked/panned Cam's 1st down celebration....LOL

At this point I don't know how to respond to you without questioning your intelligence.

Part of me wants to say that there is no way someone is this serious.  And this is all just a clever trolling attempt.  But I must fall back on Hanlon's razor.

"Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."

Did any of the Panther players target Kittle or any other 49ers receiver for "showboating"?

Tried.....couldn't catch 'em.

Seriously, do you really believe no NFL player ever gave Cam a little "extra" as payback for the histrionics?  That's your stated position?

No.  That is not my position.

If you had the basic reading comprehension of a 5th grader, you'd realize what my position is.

This is my position.

"Cam's dabs and celebrations did not lead to his downfall, injury wise".

The occasional rare player that may or may not have (we don't know) tried to hit Cam harder does not make my position false.  Look back at Cam's injuries and see if on those specific plays if the players involved were going at him harder than normal.

I eagerly await your reply that will have nothing to do with this at all.

Trust me, you are just arguing with a dumber, poorly built wall.
