Ya know, I’m not as scared of our upcoming scheduled as I was and think 11-5 is very realistic.

I think I'm among the few who think we're going to manhandle the 49ers.  I really don't see them as being much of a challenge.  Of course, any time I have even the slightest bit of confidence in the Panthers they go out and take a dump on the field, so here's to a loss on Sunday.

They are definitely going to be a challenge, but they have yet to face a defense like ours this year.  Points are going to be at a premium on Sunday, and Joey Slye could very well be the most important player going into the game.  Going to be a game of defense, field goals and field position.

It's mostly hinging on if we can beat the 49ers and Packers. Arguably our most difficult opponents of the season , excluding the Saints of course.

If we beat both of these teams + the ailing Titans at home in between, getting to 7-2 going into the mid-stretch of the season, we would have enough momentum to win pretty much any other game on our schedule, maybe splitting with the Saints and going 13-3 or 12-4 .

I think this 49ers game is the turning point in our entire season, if we can beat them at their place the team will have the confidence to beat anyone else imo.
