Do I get Jake's autograph?

Need some input. I've been using the Panthers search site for awhile now and I finally got enough points to get an autographed copy of Roar signed by Jake Delhomme. My plan was to get it and hang it on the wall of my den (or sports room). Although the way he has been playing I am not sure I want it anymore.

Should I get the Jake autograph, take a John Fox autograph (who could be fired by the time they ship it to me) or hold out for a Peppers jersey which might take me months to save up for.

Any thoughts?

I'd go for the Jake sig......yeah he is on a death spiral but he is the only Panther qb to take this team to the Super Bowl....he'll always be a part of Panther history....good and bad.

Based on recent performances I don't think jake actually has the accuracy to put the pin to paper.

The 2009 Jake Delhomme is the worst starting QB in professional football.....majority of backups could have played at his level or better.

However, Jake Delhomme as a Panther has been great. Every player is eventually going to fall off...age, injury, or simply losing whatever "it" was they had. I would get the Jake autograph if you are into autographs.....he is a high character guy and has had a great career.

why would you not want the Jake auto? he made this franchise relevant. you may hate him now. but he did give us some great memories!

I think you are totally right. Chance are years from now whee it is hanging on my wall I will only remember the good years.

No matter how bad Jake is playing, I like the guy. Yeah, he's played horrible, he's played good. I may get pissed at how he's been playing this year and want changes...but that doesn't take away from his good years here. I'd take his signature any day.
