49ers fun fact. Their opponents this season have a combined W/L record of 10-28

Do with that info what you will but the bottom line?! They haven’t played a single team with a winning record this season. Grant it most of our opponents have been losers as well BUT we did beat a legit Texans team on their turf. So that’s something to go on atleast.

The 49ers have literally had the easiest schedule so far this season out of the entire league.

Starting off with an easy schedule is a great way to build momentum/confidence and learning how to gel as a team while racking up wins.

It was a big part of our 2015 season

Momentum ends for them on Sunday

Reminds me of when people called us the “worst 6-0 team of all time” en route to 15-1 and a SB appearance.  All that matters is wins and losses.  They’re a good team and it won’t be easy, but I know we can win this weekend.  I wanna see Mac Daddy run laps around those fools

People say that but they said the same about us.

i think people didn’t really believe until we blew out Seattle and Arizona in the playoffs(yeh Seattle was catching up but that’s more of the prevent crap Ron pulled than the team).

i believe we will beat Frisco— but then again they could be for real.

i won’t believe that until they go to the playoffs and take down Green Bay.

Some of y'all need to flashback to 2015 when the national narrative was that the Panthers hadn't played anyone worth a damn.  Undefeated is undefeated, each team has superstars, pro bowlers and potentially future HOFs.  Each weak you still have to execute the game plan, line up and smash the other team in the mouth while doing your job. You can't ask for respect if you're not willing to give it.  I say congrats, but come Sunday ---- game on and Keep £ing.

Only difference was we did play good teams. We even beat Seattle in Seattle when they were undefeated there.

None of it means anything. Teams don't get to pick and choose the difficulty of their opponents on a week-to-week basis. It simply means they have beaten the team that has showed up on the other side of the field each week.

Sagarin ratings have the 49ers facing the 27th toughest schedule. That means, out of 32 team's schedules, theirs ranks 27th. The Panthers have the 21st. And yeah, the Patriots opponents are ranked 32nd. So, it's not as though the Panthers have played much of a better schedule.

Also according to Sagarin, the 49ers, ranked 2nd overall, are essentially favored by 3 over the Panthers who are ranked 8th.

    • Thielen, Chark, Hurst, Miles, and then Dionte as the answers to a pitiful group of offensive skill players horrifically backfired.  I want to see that 4.3 speed Thomkins playing over David Moore
    • And btw, you have to remember that T-Mac is doing all this with pretty poor QB play this year, on a team that's a mess with no other quality offensive weapons to take attention away from him.   Yet he's still 3rd in the nation in receiving yards with defenses knowing he's our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd option on every passing play.  He still gets open at all 3 levels and when he can't get open because of the double and triple coverage, he consistently makes crazy contested catches that those 6' WRs that are a little more explosive and fast, just can't make. If he was on one of those elite college teams, with a great QB and multiple elite WR and RB options to take attention and give T-Mac single coverage on every play, he'd be putting up bonkers video game like numbers. He's the straight up full package, if we don't end up with him, 5 years from now everyone here is going to look back and say, "yep, he was right about this guy"
    • btw, mingo supposed to play tonight.  we want Cowboys to lose for more than one reason, but they are imploding and their 4th round pick is ours. Rams started rough this year, we have their second rounder, and for a while it a in the top 10 picks.  they are going the opposite direction of the Cowboys.  I do think they have Kansas City after us, so that will help
