Facing a pathetic 1-5 Redskins, 49ers didn’t even put up pts until late in the 3rd QTR and haven’t even scored a TD with 3 mins left to go in the 4th. Rest assured the Skins gave us a lot to work with film wise. I smell blood.

They currently play in a tropical storm... out of their elements.  It’s a mud bowl.

You cannot properly accelerate or cut in mud.  SF backs are not power backs but speed backs so no, there was no advantage.  The field was covered with water.  It looked like a rice field.
