Rams traded a ton away to get Goff, (Of course they could do it because they literally raped the Redskins dry in the RG3 deal) they know what they're doing. Brilliant organization and Head Coach.

I’m absolutely envious of how awesome and young McVay is. Also, his wife could ruin my life and I wouldn’t care.

Ramsay demanded a trade.  Got traded to a much tougher division, and now has what..a 13% state income tax..so he is taking a decent pay cut.

Gold star to the man who is so ahead of the game he understands that on multi million dollar contracts, state income tax rates matter. This and the weather are why nobody wants to play for the Toronto Raptors in the NBA. Guess what else NFL players won't like besides long ass plane rides across the pond if the league puts a team in London?

The way the british tax large incomes.

Thats a lot of marketing opportunities needed for a DB that won't even be one of the top 3 stars on his team.  Not even sure top 5.

He’s no question top 5. Goff, Gurley and Donald would be top 3 but after that there is maybe Kupp? I don’t even know that Kupp is marketable right now but he is in the middle of a breakout year. No one cares about Cooks and he is really falling off right now. Weddle has never really been marketable. Same for Talib.

13% pay cut on this final year of his rookie year

Kid is about to get paid though, not sure how the rams will get the money (maybe call up the Saints GM to ask him how to move around and grow $$)

Sure, he is about to get paid.  13% less than what he'd have gotten in Jax.  That 13% becomes a larger number the more he gets paid.

Goff, Gurley, Donald for sure.  And the 3 headed monster of Cooks/Woods/Kupp can't be ignored.  Or Cory Littleton.

At least it's not the damn Pats or Hawks.

When’s the last time the Pats traded 2 first round picks for a player?

they flipped Cook for some plays and a better first round pick they sent for him,.. like flipping a house or something.

otherwise when do they trade first round picks at all?

What did they get for Marcus Peters?

if they traded him for something stupid like a 3rd and then Ramsey for the farm,..

they had better win the Super Bowl because wow. Screwed after this year

A LB and a 5th round pick
