Mostly agree, though to be fair plenty of coaches think that whatever was causing a guy to be bad on his former team is something they can fix because well, "I'm a genius".

I mean hell, two different teams thought they could make Antonio Brown behave himself.

At this point, the worries would primarily relate to his physical condition. He has reached the point given recent history that a "prove it to me" mentality is likely to prevail.

Cam will likely leave like everyone else whenever the time comes.   Can't think of a single name that has played here who we got diddly poo for.

Kony Ealy? I realize how much of a stretch that is but it did move us up in the draft where we picked Moton. Benji got us a 3rd but all we got there was Gaulden.

Yes, this franchise has generally gone with the part with a player a year late rather than a year early philosophy. The opposite of how Belichick operates.

Some idiot is going to try that with Jameis this offseason not realizing that there is no stopping the Jameiscoaster. There are the highs but you can’t escape the inevitable lows.

All it will take is one bad game from Allen and most of you will laugh at the idea of trading Cam.

Yep.  Heck , a bad 4th q that results in loss is all it takes for Allen to be discarded

I mean we are 5 games in and we have gone bi-polar on much of the roster already

Cam? Goat.  I mean washed up

Reid? Trash.  I mean love him

Butler? Trade him for a bag of chips.  I mean it takes a little time.  Love the big fella

McCoy? I thought this dude was suppose to make an impact.  I mean dude is making an impact

Slye? Way better than Gano? I mean he basically is a poor mans Gano for cheap

I mean I could go on.  All it takes is one bad game and the board will basically turn on everyone not named Luke and CMC right now.

I mean Allen’s time is coming. Lot of folks eagerly rooting for it to get here quick.

CMC seemed washed up this week. I think we need to switch in Bonafon since he was the last guy to get a long touchdown run.

Isn't some idiot already trying that with Jameis Winston?

Well kinda but he was already under contract for this year. He will be a free agent this offseason and someone will talk themselves into 30M/year over 4 years for him and completely cripple the franchise.

Not to mention the fact that everyone is talking about him like he's not in the room. You don't think he's heard all the, "Well, Cam's replacement has been found," or, "No need to bring him back any time soon..."?

That has a lot to do with the FO and the severe lack of respect the other teams(outside the Bills for obv reasons) have for said FO.

well, I think for the most apart.....we milk the trade value out of guys (big names).  Peppers being the exception.  I mean, you want to trade a player and get value, you trade them a couple years before we are ready to part.  I mean, we could of traded Thomas Davis for example before we parted with him.  We had Shaq.  He drafted so we could part w/ Davis.  We just didn't.   Writing on the wall IMO was there with 89.  Could of parted w/ him the year prior.  Then the clusterfug of Norman.  Really just sad how bad we have done letting big names just walk out.

Yup...the FO has been poo in that regard that's what I mean. People know we will just let our guys walk for pennies usually and very rarely get a 3rd round comp.

We won the KB trade and that's basically it in recent memory with the Olsen trade being an all timer granted.
