Our competition for the division is the Saints. If you look at point differential we are better than the saints. Of course Brees w be back but now Kamara is banged up. If u key on Kamara and Thomas you can beat them.

The Panthers and the Saints in my mind are both equally dangerous. Both have almost the exact personel as well. Winning the division could come down to who is banged up less in December.

Not really. We are getting good pressure from McCoy, Poe, and Butler as well. The new scheme has a bunch to do with that.

Odada has suprisingly made the transition to 3-4 DE really well.

I know a few who didnt think he would make the roster early in camp this year

Turns out if you spend a first rounder and sign two big free agents for one unit, things turn out well. Go figure.

Yeah the back end of the D is the same personnel as last year except Boston. Pretty much no one thinks he is a major difference in the D. It’s all about the improvements to our pass rush.

I definitely didn’t think he had the bulk to play 3-4 DE. Happy to be wrong about that. Thought he was going to be a misfit as a OLB.

Really enjoyed watching the disguises and not knowing who and where the rush is coming from in this new defense

I'd be surprised to hear how many of those teams blitzed. We don't even need to blitz to get the pressure we do. We send four and they get pressure almost instantly. But also coverage has been on point too and that's without Jackson.  So we aren't even peaked yet. But we have been getting beat deep sometimes just we been lucky it's off point.

That's like in 2015 people kept saying if opposing teams just doubled Olsen, then we had nothing else.
