Jameis has to be one of the most Jekyll and Hyde QBs I've ever seen. When he's hit he's really good, but when he's not he's absolutely disastrous and there's seemingly no in between.

They have trouble filling their own home games even when they're good.  Supposedly it's because of all the snowbirds and retirees in the Tampa Bay area who either don't care or pull for other teams.
