Bucs bringing safeties forward to stop the run... guys are wide open downfield but Allen does not have time to throw.  Bucs are gambling on pass rush.

The Bucs did a better job of controlling Christian McCaffrey than anybody else has so far this season, but that was based on the fact that they knew Cam Newton couldn't threaten them.
