Tepper did well for himself and is enjoying life.  Also trying to spread the love and I genuinely think he gets a lot of gratification by doing these things.  Trying to find a flashy way of saying "he gets it"... 

 

That said, Tepper just "gets it".  Really could do a lot worse in terms of ownership.
