Management from 2014 is basically gone. Who does he want an apology from?

Maybe the NFL can fly him up to New York for that apology.

I really think the NFL not so secretly hates the Panthers.

Whomever convinced DWill to do that was a troll.

Let's not forget that Gettleman came in and did Chris Gamble and Jordan Gross dirty.

Did not give them the respect they deserved. Those guys were the precursor.

Gamble retired three days after he was released, and it was pretty clearly time. Calling that "being done wrong" is a huge stretch.

He didn't get the opportunity to rehab and play another year when we clearly could have used him. Gettleman showed more interest in moving on from him and Jordan. Yeah, both guys under the right circumstances could have played another year or two. Both went out gracefully without a bitch fest.

I mean look at gross. He went from OL stature to fit and healthy in less then a year after that. He’s was content to call it then.

If he retired three days later, it doesn't sound like he was all that enthused.

Two of the many cognitive domains associated with multiple head injuries are executive dysfunction and emotional dysregulation.  These can lead to poor decision making and impulsivity.  Pair this with an already egocentric individual and you get emotional outbursts like you see with D-Will on social media.

Many former athletes struggle socially after their time in the NFL. This is multiplied when individuals are public figures and have access to a fan base via mediums like Twitter.  We will see more and more of this behavior now that retired players continue to communicate with the public online.  The athletes up until now didn't have social platforms where they could stay relevant.
