Did CMC miss practice today with back injury?

Read this on a sports site today on the Smart news app...could be pure bulls%t....can anyone confirm?

Can confirm back injury from carrying Rivera. Somebody has to with Cam no longer available.

He was on the injury report.

Did not practice.

Listed as back injury.

Ron did not address it.

Saw conflicting reports as to whether it was just a rest day. Ron did say on Sunday that CMC would have time off this week.

For what it's worth, Gerald McCoy is also getting weekly vet day, listed as "knee". So Wed DNP is not always serious.

He did land on his back when he flipped in the end zone. I’m sure he’s sore but hopefully he’s alright to play

I told my wife on Sunday that it looked like he was favoring his back. I hope he is OK.

It doesn't surprise me. The way he put the team on his back and carried us to victory and all...I'm surprised his back still works.

Only a matter of time before he breaks down

hopefully being forced to use another back  due to cramps last Sunday will be an eye opener for Norv

though it’s sad injuries seems to be the only thing that opens this staff’s eyes

honestly don’t think we’d win another game with him out

Bonnafon will get a lot of CMCs touches to rest him somewhat.  He looked ready last week.

they removed his spine and threw it in the trash with Cams amputated foot and KK's  amputated arm.

He did most of his damage after he flipped on his back.
