Why is it so triggering though? It's just analytical critique? He's a backup quarterback. This is a football forum, this kid is one of the big things to discuss. What is there to say in that "he's a winner"? It means nothing.

You guys are being way too sensitive here. It's not at all. These are all plays that many posters here saw on game day, and even posted about in the game day thread. It's not shocking at all. It's weird to me that people are taking this as an attack.

Because it is? And because several of the plays are mischaracertized by the author of the 'critique' because he has an agenda.  He can post whatever he wants.  So can we.

I don't believe any are mischaracterized by any stretch. I believe some of those defending these plays are really reaching.

Last I checked Allen is the STARTING(stopgap) quarterback of the Carolina panthers. He’s part of the team too and he has three wins.

Because even in a game of that quality there were smart plays Allen made, and the commentary of "LOL ALLEN BLIND" is clearly not meant as useful discourse on the flaws and areas of improvement of a young qb.
