cam newton wasn't on the sidelines because he was following the doctors orders

If generational talent means the best player in a generation or 20 years, Cam hasn't played football that long. The article suggests shortening it to 10 years which is roughly the time Cam has been in the league.  So to be a generational talent you have to be at the top of your game for a long time. So has Cam been in the top 5 of his position every year including last year and this? If not he can't technically be a generational talent. Then if we say a generational talent is the best of his generation, would that include Brady? If so then Brady is the generational talent and even Manning pales in comparison. And regardless of surrounding talent, if you can't win at least one Superbowl, can you be at the top of the heap?  Sure you could argue Marino was a phenom and never won a Superbowl but he is the exception.

How about Cam is the best dual threat quarterback in the history of the league. That rings true and is a huge honor. But he isn't a generational talent unless you qualify to a dual threat quarterback. At his position Brady is number 1, he is the generational talent. As much as I dislike him and root for him to retire, I have to begrudgingly give him his due.

turns out cam newton not being on the sidelines despite going on a cruise with the roaring riot is simply because the doctor ordered him to.

carry on.

Complete and udder bovine dung.

Just another reactionary lie by ol' Rowboat....

....the entire situation has been an epic #ButtFumble by the franchise, start to finish.

(which appears to be a long way off!)

You see pouting but I see someone who hates losing it shows he cares about the game.. but then your probably also in this thread saying he isn't at the game because he doesnt care and is selfish.. you see in cam what you want to see. I think their is a culture gap there that your just unaccustomed to and you try to place your own world views on his values, you misread a person that way all the time

Yeah i never understood the ''pouting'' argument considering in each nfl game when a team is losing and the camera pans to the sideline 99.9 percent of players on the losing team have a scowl on their face.  Players hate losing.

Its like people who get mad at cam for celebrating a first down or td. ugh what about when any other qb celebrates? You are not questioning them?  Hypocrites i tell ya lol

Schrodinger's Cam where he's both too emotional and not emotional enough.  A classic since 2011.

Funny how some are smarter than doctors all of sudden and still take the opportunity to poo on Cam, but have to add in the lie "I'm one of Cam's biggest fans". Yeah sure you are bud. Keep shining your true colors loud and proud. Everyone knows who you really are.

Lol ok

like the other poster said, you can criticize and not be a racist, and it’s not support him or your a racist. Jesus this forum is turning into a poo show over the last 3 weeks

You would almost think that someone that works in the field of medicine that DIDN'T have a simultaneous agenda of hating Cam Newton along with stuffing doughnuts in his fat face would clearly understand that right away.
