That game and the next one were the first time he's looked like a poor tackler in his career, so until he misses tackles all season long I'm not sure many scouts will worry about it. But its definitely something people are looking at now especially with the way McKinney tackles and covers.

poo Ryan Clark did a whole segment about people overreacting to Delpit missing tackles in back to back weeks when its never been a concern with his game.

It concerns me cause he gone be having to tackle grown men in the nfl . Even if he never showed it before . He small like slot corner small . And Ryan Clark went to LSU of course he gone take up for his guy . I still think he a first round talent just not top ten so that actually should be perfect for us if we finish the season strong

You know, I always hear about how good Matsko is but we have not had the kind of OL that I would expect from having some kind of OL coaching savant. I am starting to believe he is just another in a long line of underwhelming Ron assistants.

Not in defense of Matsko, the college OLmen are NOT prepared for NFL. Most never get in 3-stance, having to learn that is silly at this stage. Plus they limit the time coaches have with college players, 20 hours per week is dumb. Its a league problem and the main reason for starting a farm league is OLmen. Its the reason you see OLmen getting over-paid, cause legit ones are rare.

This is my opinion- Matsko seems to prefer the try-hard UDFA types. I do understand part of his reasons, your job is on line and having unprepared players means youre fired. Still you must adapt and evolve. Williams took 2 seasons to start at RT and Moton took 1 season. Turner didnt start right away either.  The special team and OL coach are the most important after the big two, sometimes more.

I did an all offense draft on the draft network simulator and I'm not gonna lie, it ain't half bad

16 D'Andre Swift, RB Georgia

The board would be hysterical with this pick but imagine CMC and Swift splitting carries. Could really be a change of pace and alleviate his load a little.

48 Prince Tega Wanogho, OT Auburn

I've watched him at Auburn and for a guy still learning the position his ceiling is still incredibly high. He's been solid at LT and his physical traits are through the roof.

80 Collin Johnson, WR Texas

Big bodied receiver. He would be a red zone monster for us. Top end speed isn't phenomenal but we have enough of that already.

112 Albert Okwuegbunam, TE Missouri

Need a short first down conversion guy with sure hands who can also block rather well? Here's your guy! He's not necessarily going to make the big plays like Olsen but he'd be an upgrade to Thomas and others.

143 Solomon Kindley, IOL Georgia

Tremendous ability and ceiling. Might be a solid option on the inside at least for depth.

175 Gabriel Davis, WR UCF

Absolute burner with solid hands and great making the contested catches. Not an explosive acceleration.

207 Saahdiq Charles, OT LSU

Physically the tools are there. He'd be a project but more than worth a 7th round pick at a position of need. Between Prince/Solomon/Saahdiq our OL would have an instant upgrade.

Now I'm not proposing this strategy but I would nut myself if our offense got this much of an upgrade for Cam to work with. If Tee Higgins hadn't gone the pick before my 2nd I would have chosen him and gone OL in the 3rd but I still like this haul.

You've cleverly only watched only one game of his.  Would be like someone fipping in Luke's worst game and calling him a bust for missing 2-3 tackles

The dude can hit.  There is a reason LSU let him wear that #7 (only one to last wear it were Patrick Peterson and Honey Badger)

And slot corner small?  He's 6'3 205 at 20 years old.  He has more than enough size for a FS.

He def not 6’3 205 they lie about that all the time in college . Like i cleverly said i haven’t watched him much so idk . But from what I’ve seen he will indeed have trouble . He’s slim . Don’t mean he not a great safety that was my whole point . Not that he suck .

Here's him litterally right next to Devin White who measured up at 6'1 237 at the combine

They arent lying on the measurements.

Do more digging than the 1 texas game you watched
