I've heard he's had extreme lasting effects from that concussion. It's never been mentioned publicly as he's a very private guy.

He posted something on social media that was like 10 different kinds of pills. It was a response to something about the players union I think. He quickly deleted it but I don’t think he’s in good shape. This was a couple years ago so I hope he’s doing better but man I felt so bad for him.

Minus the one long run from Fournette after our 4th down turnover where Reid took a bad angle and LF ran by him, Reid played REALLY good.

He’s so under appreciated around here.

Reid has played at a Pro Bowl level so far this year. Even accounting for Boston (who hasn't been bad but also not great), this is the best secondary by far we have had since 2015. Bradberry, Reid, and Jackson have been really good. Cockrell and Elliott are much better depth than we've had in years past also.

The secondary had their moments against Jax (although you got to give Minshew credit bc he made some tough throws), but overall, they have been carrying their weight on a good defense, which hasn't happened in four years.

And Reid is a major part of this resurgence.

I wouldn’t call it a luxury at all.

Shaq Barrett literally destroyed Daryl Williams all night long a few weeks ago when we played the Bucs last. It was brutal.

Key word Daryl Williams, Daley is a better athlete than Williams and has quicker feet to deal with speed rushers. If he plays like he played this past Sunday against a tough Jacksonville front 7,  I'm not worried.

Figured Little would be out at least another week, was hoping Turner would come back this week.  I feel this is a vet day for Reid.  I imagine they will fly to London soon, they probably will have to rule them out sooner than normal

Who do I talk to with the team to volunteer to fly to London and sit on the sideline in Cam’s place since they don’t want him to go? I can’t do team curfew but can otherwise fulfill all other duties of an injured qb and my contract rates are reasonable.

PS I also do a great impression of Brad Pitt’s character in Snatch, so I can blend in with the locals.

Michael Lewis, who wrote The Blind Side, has been one of my favorite writers since I read Liar’s Poker in college, so I read the book long before the movie. On top of that, my brother in law is a Ravens season ticket holder, so I have followed his career since day one. Was thrilled when we signed him and also super disappointed for him when that concussion cut his career short. I hate to think after everything he overcame to make it to the NFL, a single concussion is having such a negative impact on him.

I honesty think this is the best secondary we’ve had since around 07 or 08 when we had Gamble, the Hitman, and a few other solid players.
