Lets talk the Bucs

We have the momentum and we should have beaten them in the last meeting. Cam was trying to play through an injury and it hurt us mightily. I think Allen or healthy Cam are good enough to humble the Bucs a little bit. The difficulty is that only the 49ers have been able to beat the Bucs by more than one score. They are pros at close games this season so I doubt we have a chance of winning comfortably. Defense needs to be at its best and we have to get CMC going with some creativity.

we need to protect Allen badly for the pass, because he’s liable to put the ball on the ground if he’s hit. I don’t feel great about this game but we have a really good team so I won’t not give us a chance.

I feel good about the game actually. We were 1 1/2 yards short of beating them before with a QB who couldn't hit a wide open receiver from 10 yards away. If they give us those kind of openings this time we will burn them. Plus we have the payback motivation and their offensive line is even more suspect than ours. If we don't turn the ball over a dozen times we should win by 10 points or more.

If the Bucs stop our rushing and force passing, they will pin their ears back and go after Allen hard.  This will rattle most QB and I hope he stays calm and executes.  I believe the defense will have to rise up, force turnovers since I think this will be a low scoring game.  Another nail biter because we do need to win this one.

Tampa will shutdown the rush.  Tampa will come after Allen. Repeat of last matchup.  Allen will have to hang on to the ball.....and hit the plays vs their secondary.  

This game will have to be won by our defense and passing attack.  

Cam had tons of open receivers in the first game against them. He just couldn't hit the throws. If Allen hits those throws it's a different game.
