Going to take more than just Jackson.  The loss of Jackson worried me the last 2 weeks because the speed recievers we faced (Fuller, Chark, westbrook).  Godwin has the Size and still has speed (see the DJ Moore comparison).  He ate Jackson up last game, and was probably Jackson's worst game outside of last year's steelers game.  Just a bad matchup for him, so we are going to need some help

Barrett, yes the LT this week will be better than Little was.  But will still be hard to double team.  Vita Vea took double teams last game and we still struggled with him.  Suh normally requires a double team as well.

Size is not the only matter,Bradberry is smaller than Evans too.Jackson always need to face it.

Jumbo package for Bucs' DL(if needed),Olsen block and block again.

Evans is bigger, but Bradberry is a more physical style CB who handle it.

Jackson has always been more of a tweener and finesse.  Thus the reason why people questioned him coming out if be could even handle being outside and should be at the nickel.

He has proven most wrong, but Godwin is one of the more physical guys he's faced.  Not many teams have 2 bigger WRs like that.

Allen will have to be more than just a game manager Sunday, he’s going to actually have to throw downfield. Problem there is our o-line can’t pass protect and Allen fumbles when he gets hit. Somehow we have to get them out of their 8 man in the box and make them respect our passing game.

Defensively their o-line stinks. Pretty sure Winston got sacked 6x last week. Mario and Co should feast.

Evans isnt happy about the lack of balls being thrown his way, expect a heavy dose on Sunday. Bradberry will have to be at his best.

Hopefully If DJ returns he plays better than he did in the first game... and be more consistent

Game could easily come down to a field goal, hoping that Slye got all his misses last week and is on point Sunday

Yeah this doesn’t feel like a good matchup when our running game is what our strength is right now and they are like top 3 in the league in rush defense. We’re gonna have to ask Kyle to do a lot this game methinks. And I’m worried about the oline holding up especially against Barrett and Suh. I think this game is gonna come down to if we can pass block well enough to get the passing game going. Their secondary sucks ass.

Yep, if Allen has time he's going to shred their secondary to the point they're going to have to back off & that'll open up the run, but... IF...

CMC isn’t going to be able to single handedly win this one.  Kamara had the best day on the year with a whopping 62 rush yards.  CMC in 2nd with 37 rush yards.

Tampa will shutdown the rush.  Tampa will come after Allen. Repeat of last matchup.  Allen will have to hang on to the ball.....and hit the plays vs their secondary.

This game will have to be won by our defense and passing attack.

Neutralize Barrett and bracket Godwin, I guarantee Winston is going to force some passes to Godwin and that will give us a chance for a turnover.

The key is chipping Barrett or having cmc brush him before releasing into his route, tire him out

defense should do a better job with pressure and stopping the Bucs run game, so keeping Evans and Godwin in check is the important part

When you have a terrible pass defense your rushing defense is always higher because teams don't waste time running when they can get big chunks in the air. Tampa put 8-9 in the box game 2 because Cam couldn't hit a wide open receiver last time. If Allen burns then with a few deep passes watch CMC find room to run this time. In 2016 we were like 28th against the pass and 4th against the run because our secondary was so bad people just threw the ball all day

Maybe but their rush defense IS legit. They have bonafide studs in that front 7.

we need to protect Allen badly for the pass, because he’s liable to put the ball on the ground if he’s hit. I don’t feel great about this game but we have a really good team so I won’t not give us a chance.

Allen will have to make plays but I don’t think we actually will be asking a lot of him.

Cam wasn’t really tasked with a lot in the loss.  He just couldn’t make some very easy plays vs that horrific Buc pass D.  I mean there were layups our there and he just just couldn’t make the easy stuff.

If Allen gets the same looks he should have a nice day.  Only question is if he can hang on when they occasionally get to him

Evans not the Only one getting antsy

With the beat up OL, they could look his way for more short passes

If only he wasn't in our division, he'd be a great trade candidate. Arians doesn't like using TE's. Our new Greg Olsen "buy low" player. But doubtful the Bucs would trade him to us.

Is there no concern for the TB offense?

We all know J. Winston is as mercurial as they come and will either be pretty good or horrible- you never know. But this is an offense that hung 55 on the Rams in Los Angeles and the Rams D is not too shabby.

The 3-4 concerns me because QB pressure is inconsistent and every team the Panthers have faced has been able to run pretty well up the gut. Minchew could probably get away with not having his uni washed this week he was so untouched by the Carolina D.
