Plenty of people who went to prestigious schools are grade A douchebags.  Wall Street practically makes it part of the job interview:

Interviewer: It says here you attended *insert expensive high prestige university*. Can you talk about 3 times you demonstrated leadership in douchebaggery while you were there? 

Having said that, I don’t think Sherman is that kind of guy. Too many interviews reveal him to be intelligent, articulate and thoughtful. I think like Steve Smith he feeds off of perceived slights, and this occasionally leads him to do head scratchingly dumb things like the Mayfield comment. I would still much rather get a beer with Sherman than Mayfield, but that’s just me.

Mayfield strikes me as one of those guys for whom your opinion of him depends on who he plays for.

If he plays for somebody else, he's a cocky, obnoxious bastard and you can't stand his antics.

When he plays for your favorite team though, he's "confident" and if someone doesn't like him, they're just jealous.

Truth be told, there's probably a fair number of Panthers we'd dislike intensely if they played elsewhere.

It is well know to everyone in the triangle that Coach K is a grade A, top shelf shitbag. He is rude, unethical, and also a cheater. Coach K would probably scissor kick his grandson if it would benefit his brand in anyway.

A) Do you really think you’re going to change my mind about Duke? Would you change your mind about Roy because of something I said? 

B) If you’re not that incredibly naive, you’re starting an irrelevant argument for no good reason. 

C) Your comment reinforces my suspicion that you’re short attention span theater and didn’t read my whole post, just the first line. Read the whole thing. I was agreeing with you about Sherman , you just didn’t bother beyond the first line or two.

I got nothing against Baker as a person. Hope he turns into a good QB cuz if any team deserves one, it’s the Browns.

I don’t really care in most situations but he made a big deal about it while at OU and the Kansas Jayhawks didn’t shake hands before the game. It’s hypocritical and that’s where my issue lay.
