Jams! Where are my JAMS!!

I only was able to catch the 4th quarter of the Jags game due to my daughter having cheerleading comps that day.  Haven't watched full game yet so if I'm wrong, feel free to say so.  But as i watched it being a close game still and seeing our defenders playing STILL 10 yards off giving up the easy dinks and dunks for first downs.  Are we even capable of jamming the receivers!?!?  I believe jamming the receiver can give the rushers that extra second to hurry/rush or sack the QB!  I want JAMS!!

If you are jamming the receivers you are playing man coverage.  Here we play a RR soft ass Zone bend but don’t break but look like horseshit in the meantime defense.

Jamming fast WOs is a big risk.

Miss the jam and get burnt. Jags had several WOs with 4.3 speed on the field.

There was like 1 or 2 long balls by Stache but tackling has to be stronger to prevent mid range turning into something bigger.

Hopefully we can contain TB's #1 WO who has wheels, aka DJax needs to perform better if healthy.

3rd ranked pass defense.

Maybe the professionals know a thing or two  about their scheme and personnel and matchups.

We play a mix

We can only Jam with Donte in. We cant with cockrell. Bradberry can but it has to be against a bigger receiver like Evans and Julio Jones. We actually match up well with our division in terms of this but since Jackson was out cockrell will get burned. He actually got burned early in the game but that was just really a great ball from Minshew.

Yes it’s definitely a great idea to jam WRs with 4.3 speed against a QB with a good deep ball late in the game while you are winning.

As if that matters to Ron. If Dak Prescott was throwing to the Golden Girls we'd still play zone and over.
