So? What happens when Cam comes back healthy, and goes off?

I would expect a lot of the trolls to go silent. At least we have that to look forward to.

Cam has more than a hurt foot to get over.  I still think he has something going on mentally that he needs to get past.  Maybe it was the injuries that were getting to him mentally, but I have a feeling the pressure and the fact that Fans will start screaming for Allen if Cam starts messing up will get in his head and he will start forcing things.....not sure this will end well if Cam struggles much.

Look man. The issue I have with your understanding, the issue that the majority of people have of your understanding, is you literally do not want to even attempt bringing back an MVP winning QB.

Also, what's is absolutley hilarious, is your list of qbs being replaced, by other qbs. There is nothing that kyle allen has done, that would get anyone to say "That's tHe neXt tOm brAdy", yet you want say cam should never play for the panthers because a backup qb is benefitting from a slightly better o line, and monster games from CMC.

Dude, cmon

Yeah, every team with an injured qb should just cut ties immediately.

What's the phrase? Something something more dollars then sense.

I love how folks say Cam is done. Then they just expect everyone to concur. LOL

Or the "He cannot be a pocket passer". How does he have all those passing records if he cannot be a pocket passer?

I just hope when Cam comes back and lights shitt up, and with this team it is more than possible, we lose some of these folks.

I think it is important to think about the mentality of a qb that's injured.

I mean, just look at Andrew Luck.

I'm not sure I've seen anything that would have me consider that he is thrown astray mentally.

But, I'm also not an injured qb so who knows

There you go again. Right to speculating negative crap. Nothing you said is written in stone. It is all in your head. Until it actually happens, it is just negative speculation.

You cannot let fear guide your life.

When Cam comes back healthy, that is a HOF type QB. With this team, that is a recipe for some great stuff coming down the pike.

That's all they have. Speculation, and name calling. Their fear won't let them see it any other way than Cam is done.

Or, and this is worse. They want it to be true. The ones that hate Cam are in hog heaven right now.

Jake Delhomme 2.0!!!

Can I be real a second, for just a millisecond?

Jake has disappointed me [very slightly] this season.

I have listened to him doing the color commentary and analysis on the radio broadcasts, and it's not what I wanted to hear. Don't get me wrong -- his analysis is terrific, he's got stories to tell, an absolute great addition to the Panthers Radio Team. We NEED Jake in the radio booth - I don't want him to leave the booth.  (And Jordon's been great, too... and did I hear Mike Minter today? I believe I did...)

But what I WANTED on the air was to hear Jake do all that broadcast stuff with his frantic cajun accent that we've heard come up in the huddle on game days. Those times when the teammates wouldn't understand a word he was saying. THAT was the Jake I was hoping to hear. At least once on the air.

Today's game would have been a perfect opportunity to show that level of excitement/emotion. 'Cause that's the way I was yelling during the game.

EXACTLY.

So to keep saying that our starting franchise mvp, leader of a team to a 15-1 record, and at the manipulated end of an inept coaching staff, while also having willed wins inspite of the lack of talent around him, having only missed like what, 5 games his whole career up to this point, even playing a week after a car crash, cant somehow be afforded some time to heal without rats coming in to demean him?

The biggest complaint on Cam is his play since he got injured in the Steelers game ffs.

Yeah, no poo his play went down. Hes injured.

Why is what he was doing before the injury never brought up?

Didnt mean to blow up on this comment, but this poo is getting old.

I'm not a Cam stan. Im Just completely tired of bullshit logic.

Here's the thing, though...

It can be said with 100% accuracy that Newton was an MVP level QB. Whether or not he still is that animal is not quite so certain.

Hence, why most of us prefer to wait and see what happens.

He's a good game manager but he really needs a better line to be successful. The Jags gave Minshew good time and lanes. Allen had guys all over him all day.

Minshew showed tremendous mobility and field awareness while scrambling which was impressive. He had lanes as you said to extend drives over and over. Glad we got Jameis this week.

Not with his fumbling problems. He's a game manager which is what you want from a backup.

I’m willing to argue he’s a game manager on par with one Dak Prescott not saying he’s there now but he can achieve that level of game play imo. If Dak is considered to be able to get it done Kyle with a Dallas line, or If we can get Little and Daley on the field with Trai and probably leave Williams off we’ll see how it plays out. But if we can upgrade our line after the bye with Trai and a stronger grouping allowing more time to go down field I expect better passing. I don’t know whose worse GVR who I haven’t seen repeatedly beat like I see from #60 it’s all game it seems.

Allen was bailed out by an amazing Moore catch and the turf lol

Bailed out seems like you’re discrediting what I saw as a ball put up with arc allowing his receiver to make a play at its highest point Nothing more. I wish we tried that a little more DJ is a dog and needs more touches.

See, that is the crux right now. There are a poo ton of folks STATING that Cam is done. Those are the folks who are causing the rift. You cannot get them to think any other way. He's done, point blank.

There are also people taking any suggestion that he might come back looking like anything less than Superman reborn as if it were blasphemy.

It sucks, but it's a very real possibility.

None of us knows what's going to happen.
