If Swole keeps a little more consistent, then we can make it through the year. Fug Gano and his contract. We let the kicker that we should be using go. Swole is the guy filling a spot for the kicker we shouldn't have kept that isn't healthy enough to even keep a day longer and bring back from IR this year. If Swole plays well, fantastic, if not so what? We will be looking for another kicker next year or relying on an expensive old dude with a bad knee and a too large contract waiting for his rep filler to look good enough to consider taking his job, for the 3rd time.

Damn...did you pull those talking points directly from the anti-Cam crowd??

I’m still all aboard the Slye train and I’m optimistic he’ll bounce back, but the Gano hate is so overblown. And so much is made of his injury, which has been described as “soreness” to his plant leg...which sure doesn’t sound like a career-ending injury, but then again I’m probably not “Huddling” correctly since I don’t give my amateur medical prognoses on every vague injury that’s reported.
