I have a feeling the Panthers will make sure he can make every run and cut imaginable before they let him back out there this time.  If he goes back out there and looks flat it will look bad on everyone.

Possibly, but if you ask me what we saw 3 weeks ago looked pretty bad on everyone already, so who knows?

Hopefully Cam understands that coming back at less than 100% is not in his best interests, nor the teams best interests.  We clearly have a capable back who may be more than just a backup.  The team is winless with him at QB, and undefeated while he's been out.

If he comes back and the team suddenly looks flat and lifeless again, it's a pretty solid condemnation of Cam as a player.  When he comes back, he needs to be more than just "ok", he needs to be CAM again.  It's his future that's on the line really.

No rush esp with that O Line being thin. NFCS looks so winnable though, it will be tempting I’m sure to have Cam play before he is ready but not worth it and Tepper should monitor this situation.

He's back to the road to recovery. Give him time, let him get fully up to strength and speed. Can you imagine what unleashing a rested, ready and rejuvenated Cam Newton on the league in week 8 would do?

My guess is we lose to JAX, we panic and Cam plays in London.
