Will losing to the Rams come back to haunt us?

Not terribly. I think the Rams are still gonna be the #1 seed in the NFC. They'll put it all back together by season's end.

It is more likely that we'll be fighting two other teams from their division for a playoff berth if we can string together a bunch of wins ourselves. We need to make absolutely sure we beat Seattle and San Fran.

We have a chance to right all of it, so all NFC games are close to equal depending if we beat the Bucs this second time.  We should be healthy at QB going down the stretch and will find out more.  The NFC looks very mediocre right now and alot of the 2-2 teams as well as 3-1 teams have won/loss close games.  I'm excited to see it play out with our number one passing defense.

Things that haunt me. Ghosts. Past mistakes. Taco Bell.

Things that don’t haunt me. Everything else.

Lets let the season play out. Currently we can’t even win divisional games so until we do that we have no chance of making playoffs at all. So rams game is just another loss in a close game.

They are looking super weak this year and when it's December and in the playoffs hunt. Ekk.

No.

The NFC North and West are driving up the market price on the two Wild Card spots though.

  • San Fransisco: 3-0
  • Seattle: 4-1
  • Los Angeles: 3-2
  • Green Bay: 3-1
  • Chicago: 3-1
  • Detroit: 2-1-1
  • Minnesota: 2-2

Barring major injuries to the top two or three teams from each division, we are out of the playoffs unless we win the South. I wish we played the Saints while Bridgewater was in because I feel like we could light that offensive line up like New York City on the 4th of July.

Just take care of business. It's still early in the season. Other teams will lose games.

We are already down two games losing to the Bucs. We lose in London and it's pretty much confirmed we are done for the year unless we get a wild card.
