4th and 1 on the Rams 30 yard line. 

Seattle makes it and has 1:38 to advance the ball score /kill the clock. 

Seahawks don't make it, Rams take over at their own 30, effectively a punt and Rams have 1:30 or so to go 70 yards for a score.

A midfield turnover would be costly, a turnover at the Rams 30?  Not so much.

Horrible call. The refs must hate Matthews for some reason they call penalties on him like he’s Suh or Burfict. Unbelievable.
