fuxk Russell wilson. hes an absolute stud, but he doesn't come across as genuine. cries, says all the right things.. hes just building up that persona

but at the end of the day hes a stud

Best act disingenuous and get the credits,

Then behave genuine and get dooked on I guess

You know I never thought about it, but I wonder if one of the reasons Wilson has so much escape ability is because he's so frigging short.

No, it's because he spent three years at NC State running for his life playing behind shitty offensive lines.

I'd imagine, it is because he is more protected then cam?

Did TJ watts get a flag for hitting cam in the Steelers game last year?

I'm not saying he should of, but, I mean, come on.

It is really easy to look better than someone else, when you are afforded way more protection in your career.

this is not even anywhere close to the truth.  he's had terrible o-lines his whole career.  he finally has kind of a half decent one.  i think he's fake as hell and def been seeking more and more fame for years trying different personas, but he's an elite qb.

Man there is a ton of Russell Wilson hate in this thread.  Is that because he's better than Cam?

That's always been exactly it, well, that and they always beat our ass outside of one season.

Russ is a HOF caliber elite QB and has been in that tier for at least three seasons now.  The throws he makes game to game are unbelievable unless you saw it happen.  He's easily the best QB drafted post-Rodgers and Pre-Wentz.  No one who watched him at State could have seen this coming.

Eh, as a State fan, I honestly thought he was better than Rivers but had basically no supporting cast around him(like, almost no supporting cast). Hell, he made some really mediocre to bad TE's and WR's into All-ACC guys.

All that said, yeah, I never thought he would be THIS good. He is tracking towards HOF status and that I didn't see. I did expect him to be a starting caliber NFL QB, not joking about that.

He was good at state and the coach screwed it up

Literally ran the guy off the team that would have likely beat almost every record Rivers held. But it worked out better for Russell, honestly. Going to Wisconsin gave him a big platform and showed that he wasn't just a fluke from a mediocre school. He probably would have been a 5th or 6th round draft pick had he stayed at State.

So it's not because of his efficiency, passer rating, completion percentage, win-loss ratio, accuracy, or intangibles.  I got it.  It's because he's afforded more protection.

We get it, Russell Wilson is good.  That doesnt mean Cam is not good too though.

Was going to be a good football game regardless of the outcome until the refs felt like they needed to have a say in who wins.

That may have been one of the worst roughing the passer calls I've ever seen on a QB not named Tom Brady. It was not roughing, it was a bad call and it directly effected the score of the game.

Really reaching here.  It may have affected the score, but if it was not called it would have only been 2nd and ten.  Still a good chance to convert.
