Another Concussion for Greg Little

The first concussion was in week 3 of preseason against the Patriots. He was then in the protocol until after the Rams game in week 1 at which point he was cleared. Given the short week and desire not to rush him back he practiced but was inactive against the Bucs. Then he split snaps at LT with Williams against the Cards and started and played the whole game against the Texans where presumably the second concussion occurred.

Well hopefully it wasn't early in the game and they caught the symptoms before he started to practice. I was just stating that Oher's was so bad because he hid it and the staff missed it. I remember his play falling off a cliff in that last game and then it was like mid-week before they called it what it was. It was a terrible thing and why it's best guys don't play if they have a concussion, a process i fully support. Oher hasn't sounded like he was ever the same or good after all of that.

Run, Kyle, Run.

honestly, one thing we haven't taken advantage of in his 2 starts this year.....Allen actually is pretty athletic.  We probably should get him moving more.

I am talking about the thing that ultimately ended his career, those concussions. My point being we will likely never know how many he had in college because the football culture has largely always been that you recover for a few plays and then get back in there. Maybe he never got a concussion at Miami but maybe he had quite a few.

I would bet he had them for sure.  He played like a psycho.  I remember several of his concussions being unnecessary.  One I remember he dove over the play and landed on his head.  I wish he would have taken care of himself a little better. What a football player he was

you positive he's gonna get help?   doesn't seem like anyone notices when the left tackle is getting our qb killed

Its noticable

Cosell talked for several minutes this morning about how our route concepts were limited vs Houston as Greg and Christan were kept back to help Little out. He said to expect more of the same vs Jax and dont expect big numbers from Greg
