Palmer is just talking about the set of crazy circumstances that happened to Kyle at A&M and how in their pre-draft training he was making every throw that Sam Darnold and Josh Allen were making. 

Palmer is a trainer and will naturally brag about his guys whether accurate or not. Like Blake Bortles

Regardless Kyle Allen is the qb right now so I hope he balls out.
