I know this might anger upper management in this forum, but I feel compelled to warn others as well as our favorite QB Cam that his diet is not sustainable long term. I've known people in my life who were strict vegetarians and ruined there long term health. Veganism has become one of the most trendiest diets because of its ethical stance as well as it's "health benefits". The last few years many people have come adopted this diet to great success but only to find themselves ruining there health after many years of practicing this dietary regiment. It is historically a FAST!

While in the mainstream media, veganism is still trending upward, many people who have done the diet long term have been sharing their stories on YouTube. Young men and women who have made tons of money from this diet has had to admit to their audience that the vegan diet has caused many of their health complications. Just a simple google search of "ex vegan" shows you hundreds of videos and articles of people quitting because of this deficient diet. I'm not saying that there are no successful vegan. But there's certainly a lot of people who can't make the diet work even celebrities who have more financial resources than anyone can imagine. Why?

I've got friends who've been vegan for upwards of 25 years. They have no problem staying healthy, and they are exceptionally fit.

Your wall of text and selective videos totally disregard the health impact of meat and processed foods on the literal billions of other people in the world.

If you're arguing against veganism, you certainly have an agenda.  And this is coming from me, a meat eater.

If someone is vegan because they believe it will combat climate change, or they simply cannot stomach the thought of eating the flesh of an animal that was likely abused before being slaughtered, I get it.

If they think it's healthier, especially if they're an athlete, they are ill-informed.  And yes, there are plenty of fat vegans out there.

See, it’s crap like this why so many Americans don’t lose weight. They have this wrong idea that it’s all about WHAT you eat and that simply isn’t true.

Calorie. Deficit. It’s that simple. You could literally eat twinkies and hot dogs every day and lose weight as long as you’re in a deficit.

I cringe when I hear people say stuff like “omg how do you stay so thin when you eat all that pasta/carbs.” Because, it’s all about CALORIES.

Also, as a meat eater myself, I find it pretty odd that others go out of their way to proudly proclaim they consume the flesh of another living, breathing being.

Are you asserting some sort of dominance over a farm raised animal, or what?

This, too.

Oreos are vegan. Go eat a couple dozen packs a day and see how fat you get.

Veganism, more times than most, is an ethical/moral choice. Bros aren't out there saving our furry/feathered friends/planet because they want to prove they can get all buff (even though they 100% can) by eating a plant based diet.

Dude probably has one of those hog factories that dump fecal waste into our rivers every time it rains.

hm yes, an obscure band called Pink Floyd and their little-known album "The Wall"

Do you really think a 50 year old rock band that's not named the Beatles is common knowledge a)on the internet, and b)among millennials in an often urban driven sport?

It's a pop culture landmark, you can go into Target and buy a Pink Floyd t-shirt and I see kids (younger than millennials who are all like 30 now anyway) wearing them all the time.  It's the most popular, recognizable song off their most popular (although DSotM may have sold more) album.

If there was a Jets game going on and somebody said something about the kicker looking like a black and green scarecrow or some poo it would be different
