Tepper likes analytics.  Analytics say Allen is one of a kind: no one started 3-0 away while recording this kind of QBR.  The Arizona game was “almost” the best QB performance in franchise history.  

 This is a rookie we are talking about.  If you are not excited about us discovering this guy out of the blue, I don’t even know what to say.

Definitely too early to hitch a wagon to Allen.  Cam healthy and back would be better than any 3-start qb/2nd year qb, so of course you go with him when he's good to go.  But there's no good reason to think Allens ceiling is "game manager."
