The Jags only put up 12 points on them.  Saints scored 30 in the Super Dome, which is low to be honest.  They allowed the Chargers 20 in LA.  I'm not seeing this garbage defense you are, but okay.

Individual players have varying levels of performance and contribution. So do coaches.In the end, the win or loss goes on the team record.

However, when you're in charge and there's more losses than wins, you get fired.

Brees had 370 yards and 2 TD passer rating over 100

Rivers 315 yards 2 TD passer rating over 100 (multiple drops)

Minshew has 210 yards and a TD passer rating of 97.
