The guy had a 59 yarder in preseason that HIT THE FREAKING NET and he's only missed one gf so far this season. I'll agree I want to see him hit a few clutch fg's to win games. This one salted a win away but was a chip shot. But if he wins a couple games from range with his leg this season, I see no case whatsoever for keeping Gano.

Kickers are bound to miss some kicks here and there. He's shown throughout his career that he is a really good kicker and clutch.
