Cam can be perfectly healthy but still permanently damaged, such that he will never again be capable of doing physically what he did from 2011 to 2016.  A lot of posters here are in denial that signs point more and more overwhelmingly to that being the case.

How was that a full year? He played in December and started practicing in April.
